Returns

 

We want you to love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, here’s how returns work:

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • For swimwear, the hygiene seal must be intact and the garment must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons.

  • Sale items may be final sale and not eligible for return (unless faulty).

Refunds & Store Credit

  • We offer store credit on all eligible returns.

  • Refunds will only be issued for faulty or damaged items.

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Return Process

  1. Email us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. If eligible you will receive return instructions and a return address.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable method.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless item is faulty).

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or refund.
