1. Can I return swimwear?

Yes, as long as the hygiene seal is intact, the item is unworn, and it’s returned in original condition.

2. How long do I have to return my order?

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

3. Do you offer refunds?

We offer store credit only for returns. Refunds are only processed for faulty or damaged items.

4. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. How long does it take to receive store credit?

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Your store credit will then be emailed to you.

6. Can I exchange for a different size or style?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Instead, you’ll receive store credit so you can repurchase the size or style you want.

7. Can I return sale items?

Sale items are generally final sale unless faulty. Please check the product description before purchasing.

8. What if my order is damaged or faulty?

Contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a refund or store credit.

9. Can I cancel or change my order after purchase?
